Saw two shows. One, about the beginning of aviation in Los Angeles. The other, about the making of a asteroid-exploration probe. The aviation industry excluded blacks after WW1 due to a report that said their inferior intellect made them unfit for the field. Then the show illustrated a story of some black guy started that started a flight school. Flash forward almost 100 years. They showed on the asteroid show the team involved in the design and construction of the probe. 16 people. 1 Asian, 1 white female, 14 white males. 100 years later. That is the reality. If you can't make headway in 100 years, you never will.
