Remember stupid movies where motorcyclists "force" a car or truck off a road? How does that work you ask? It doesn't. So, how does a female driver of a 10,000lb ambulance truck allow an SUV to force her off the road, off a bridge, in-fact? Someone threatens you with a vehicle, and you are in one and you can't get away, you stop them from forcing you off, any way you can.

Driver-reflexes, either too fast or too slow.

Pretty poor for someone tasked with driving a large truck. Usually, it requires a different license tan a car.
