This is true. Since when does big city shootings that aren't terrorism
nor hate crimes attract national attention?

Congress might do something to halt the illegal interstate sale of guns
that these criminals have been using. Do you think cracking down on
criminal gun sales might reduce the number of shootings, Rich? The kid
in Dayton didn't buy his gun illegally, but that's still not a typical
shooting.

Only because some Podunk town with 100 residents had two murders
in one year. Meanwhile, the city of Chicago with its draconian gun laws
has more murders per year then the entire state of Indiana, which has
some of the most liberal gun laws in the U.S.
