What went wrong with the 6th Doctor era? Was it really that bad? Did Colin
Baker deserve to be sacked from his role as the Doctor?

Yeah, he's the worst of the classic series. This vid is interesting,
but hearing the narrator say "sick doctor" got old fast.

The degenerate imbecile John Nathan-Turner decided to make the character
instantly unlikeable by having him trying to kill Peri the moment after
he regenerated and then do everything possible to get her killed by
others, eventually getting her killed for nothing in Trial of a Timelord
and then finally realizing that allowing this to happen would kill off
the entire franchise, so reconned her death in the final episode.

This stupid imbecilic degeneracy was copied by the moron Steven Moffat
for the character of the 12th Doctor and that finally killed the series
off completely after Capaldi got Clara killed for nothing after making
both characters not get on with each other and then got Bill Potts
killed off for nothing as well, as well as Capaldi. Oh, and don't
forgery he effectively killed off Amy and Rory too.

Stupid degenerate retards the both of them.

Michael Grade wouldn't have put the show on hiatus if the 6th Doctor had
been made a likeable character from the start.

The idea of making the Doctor look like he was the villain was already
tried with Tom Baker in The Invasion of Time, and it didn't work there,
so why did the retards try it with Colin Baker?

I always felt that the rationale for the Doctor not being able to rescue
Amy and Rory because for some tenuous reason he couldn't visit NY at the
particular time they'd been sent to didn't really hold weather. He could
visit some earlier time or different place and arrange for a message to
be sent to them, telling them to take a train to, say, Chicago, where
he'd be able to pick them up.

Agreed, there had to be some workarounds. At least they could have brought
some up and explained why they wouldn’t work.

What's stopping some other time traveller like River Song from going
there and bringing them back. Nothing! Steven Moffat is a retard if he
expects us to believe this nonsense because he's too lazy to write a
coherent story.

Is there a single companion that these degenerates haven't had suffer a
terrible fate as a result of being with the Doctor? Rose trapped in
another dimension, Donna having her memory erased and giving birth to a
mentally handicapped son, Amy and Rory trapped in the past, Clara dead,
Bill dead, River Song dead. That just leaves Martha and Captain Jack.

RTD can't write heterosexual romance. Rose and the Doctor have
absolutely nothing in common. The only reason for this relationship is
because RTD is a pervert. A 2000 year old Time Lord consorting with a
teenage girl.

Rose trapped in another dimension,
But Rose is with [a version of] the man she loves isn't she?
Well, a clone of the man she loved ... maybe "near enough is
good enough" for her.
I suppose it would depend on whether 'everything' was cloned
properly!
Things might shrink when they're cloned...
I seem to vaguely recall that the clone only had one heart for a start.

You forgot "hot"... (It seems some people found Rose Noble

"Rose Noble" ;-)
Yep, her. That hot chick from "The Star Beast".
aka Dave's crush.
Ah, I thought it was a typo for "Donna Noble" since I haven't seen that

It's a slightly weird British kids' sitcom from the early 1980s about a
robot, living with a family. The robot looks like a cross between
Mickey Mouse and K-9, and sounds like a Cylon from Battlestar Galactica
(the original real version).

The first episode (probably others too) is on YouTube:

This stupid imbecilic degeneracy was copied by the moron
Steven Moffat for the character of the 12th Doctor and
that finally killed the series off completely after
Capaldi got Clara killed for nothing after making both
characters not get on with each other and then got Bill
Potts killed off for nothing as well, as well as
Capaldi. Oh, and don't forgery he effectively killed off
Amy and Rory too.
I always felt that the rationale for the Doctor not being
able to rescue Amy and Rory because for some tenuous
reason he couldn't visit NY at the particular time they'd
been sent to didn't really hold weather. He could visit
some earlier time or different place and arrange for a
message to be sent to them, telling them to take a train
to, say, Chicago, where he'd be able to pick them up.
Agreed, there had to be some workarounds. At least they
could have brought some up and explained why they wouldn’t
work.
What's stopping some other time traveller like River Song from
going there and bringing them back. Nothing! Steven Moffat is
a retard if he expects us to believe this nonsense because
he's too lazy to write a coherent story.
Is there a single companion that these degenerates haven't had
suffer a terrible fate as a result of being with the Doctor?
They'd say emotional drama!

The episode aired in 1986 and I haven't watched it since I'm guessing
around 1987, so my memory may be a little fuzzy But here's what happened:

In Mindwarp (part of The Trial of a Time Lord), Peri (Nicola Bryant) was
written out. Her character had a tragic end when an evil alien replaced
her brain. The king then shows up and kills her. A later episode, "The
Ultimate Foe," retconned that to say it was all a trick and she was
really living with the king.

The whole thing was a mess. In one episode Peri is his companion.
She's awkwardly written out/killed. Then in the next episode the Doctor
has a new companion (Mel). And as far as I can recall, at least in the
episodes I've watched, this was the first time he had a new companion
without that companion being properly introduced. Then later they reton
Peri is not actually dead, but completely gloss over that means the
Doctor left her. It's a just a throw away line. It was a trick, she's
not dead, moving on.

But the bigger question is, how in the world do I still remember all of
this?!?

That would violate Einstein's theory of relativity where time travel

bit of time dilation would have seen Amy and Rory travel back to the

No. The tenth Doctor and Martha were shifted to 1969 by the

reunited with the TARDIS.

This is from Wikipedia:

The Weeping Angel collector Grayle captures River and Rory. He locks Rory
in the cellar with several cherub Weeping Angels, while he has a Weeping
Angel grab River by the wrist while he interrogates her. River is able to
use her vortex manipulator to allow the TARDIS to arrive. Amy, knowing
River wrote the book to help them, uses it to look for Rory. River breaks
her wrist to free herself. Amy finds the cellar empty and the Doctor
locates Rory at an apartment building nearby.

Rory enters an apartment with an elderly version of himself in bed, who
dies without having seen Amy for many years. The Doctor deduces that the
Weeping Angels have been using the building as a battery farm, sending the
victims to their past while feeding off their time energy. Rory and Amy
refuse to accept their fate and flee to the roof. Amy and Rory jump off the
roof, creating a paradox that destroys the building and the Weeping Angels.

The Doctor, River, Amy and Rory find themselves near the TARDIS in a
graveyard in 2012. Rory catches sight of a gravestone with his name on it.
He is then sent into the past by a Weeping Angel who had survived the
paradox. The Doctor is unable to go back to get him, due to the paradox.
Despite the Doctor urging her not to do so, Amy allows herself to be
touched by the Weeping Angel in the hope of being with Rory. Her name then
appears along with Rory's on the gravestone.

I thought it was that those time-shifted by the Angels could never time
travel afterwards.
No, they were just trapped in a zone that the doctor couldn’t go to.
Can someone remind/enlighten me on _why_ The Doctor couldn't go there?

He could have picked them up the following year. You can't just keep
changing the rules as you go along because it suits your story. The
rules have to be consistent throughout. Steven Moffat, Chris Chibnall
and Russel T Davies are infantile retards that write like children and
don't understand the basic rules of writing and story telling.

This stupid imbecilic degeneracy was copied by the moron Steven Moffat
for the character of the 12th Doctor and that finally killed the
series off completely after Capaldi got Clara killed for nothing after
making both characters not get on with each other and then got Bill
Potts killed off for nothing as well, as well as Capaldi. Oh, and
don't forgery he effectively killed off Amy and Rory too.
Key word basic.
